Quick & Simple – 3 Minute Mexican Side Dish

imageThis is an easy side dish that tastes great, is healthy and has a Mexican flavour without all the calories of cheese, sour cream and guacamole! Plus it is vegan and gluten free!

1 can of black beans, drained and rinsed
1/3 cup salsa, pick your favorite

Mix together and heat in the microwave until hot approximately 1-2 minutes depending on your microwave
