25 Minute Dumbbell Workout for Weight Loss


Here is a new, quick 25 minute workout that will get your heart pumping. By the end you should be feeling it in your legs, arms and shoulders! Give it a try, you are sure to get your butt kicked!

Dumbbells 2- 15lbs (depends on fitness level)

You will do the circuit as many times as you can in 25 minutes. Keep track of how many you do so that next time you can compete with yourself and try to do more. Remember only use as much weight as you can with still keeping good form. For your convenience each exercise is linked to a how-to page so that you can make sure you practice proper form! Now go out and give it a try!

5 Burpees

10 squat and press (Use a pair of 5-15lb Dumbbells)

15 walkout plank-up

20 renegade rows (Use a pair of 5 – 15lb dumbbells)

25 mountain climbers (per leg)

30 walking lunges with bicep curl (15 per leg)
