Quick and Easy Chocolate Covered Strawberry Smoothie

Are you craving some dessert but trying to stay healthy! This smoothie recipe can tame your cravings and are a great meal when your in a rush or heading out the door.

Ingredients

1 cup frozen strawberries
1/2 a frozen banana
1 scoop of chocolate protein powder
1 cup milk (coconut, rice, or almond works as well)

Throw all the ingredients into a blender, blend and place in a cup with a lid so you can enjoy it on your way out the door.
