Kids love these. This is a fun take on a pb and banana sandwich. They are quick and easy to make.
1 Whole Wheat or Multi Grain Tortilla
2 Tbsp Almond Butter (Any type will do – Nut, Seed or Wow Butter)
1 tsp honey (optional)
Take the tortilla, spread the almond butter over it evenly, leaving about an inch around all the edges. Drizzle the honey over the almond butter. Place the whole banana on the tortilla at one edge. Bend the banana to straighten it out (this will help when rolling it). Roll the tortilla around the banana, folding in at the ends.
