1 cup frozen pineapple
3/4 cup coconut milk
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
Place all ingredients into a blender. Blend until desired consistency is reached. You can add more coconut milk to make it thinner or add less for a thicker, ice cream like consistency. Serve and Enjoy!
