2 Large Ripe Bananas
2 Cups Quick Oats
1 Tsp Vanilla
1/3 Cup Dark Chocolate Chips
1/3 Cup Pecan Pieces
½ Tsp Cinnamon
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees. In a large bowl, mash the two bananas. Add in the oats, cinnamon and vanilla. Mix together until smooth. Mix in both the chocolate chips and the pecan pieces. Grease baking sheet with nonstick spray or line with parchment paper. Place dough onto cookie sheet using a large tablespoon full. Bake for 9-12 minutes. Remove from oven and let cool. When done serve and enjoy! Makes approximately 16 cookies depending on the size.
